Made in the Secret Place

Psalm 139:15
My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

Dwelling in the secret place is God’s formula for making men great. Until God can hide you, He cannot build you. Every fresh lift you need in life is sponsored by fresh light from God’s presence.

Friends, your greatness are tied to what God shows you.
Lack of revelation in the secret place of prayer is the reason for stagnation, frustration and destiny devaluation. Until God leads you, you go nowhere.

For Isaac to escape the frustration of famine in a strange land, God had to appear to him and speak over his life repeatedly. He also enjoyed other benefits of secret encounters with God:

- Defeat of stubborn enemies and pursuers.

- Great success despite adverse condition.

- He was exempted from rejection and poverty

- Angelic assistance and favour.

- Divine guidance that eliminates error and terminate calamities.

- Divine preservation, protection and dominion.

What qualified Isaac for the visitation of God?

- Submission to pastoral mentoring under Abraham

- His confidence in the promises of God.

- Daily practice of intercession, fellowship and meditation.

- .Tireless and diligent labour.

- Sacrificially sowing seed despite famine and adversity.



Prayer : Lord, my making depends on you, not my environment or location. Show me how to benefit from your secret place.


Father guide and show me how to benefit  from your secret place in JESUS name Amen.  Is my own prayer oo. what is yours ?
