Okada riders ‘Surround’ Tuface

Okada riders laid siege for hours last weekend to Rumours, Tuface Idibia’s Nite club, located in Festac Town, during the awareness campaign of his Vote Not Fight Campaign and official launch of his two new albums, a remastered Face 2 Face and 10.0, in commemoration of the 10th year anniversary of Face 2 Face, his debut solo effort which was released in 2004.

Over a 100 in number, as soon as they heard that Tuface was at the club, they parked their bikes and waited for hours before the singer finally emerged and when he did, there was frenzy as fans kept screaming and chanting his name. But thanks to security guards who formed a protective shield around him, the crowd could have broken lose.
And rather than snub them, Tuface used the opportunity to shake hands with a few lucky fans and preached to them about the need for peaceful general elections on February 14th.

“The elections are here, just go out and vote for your candidate and if you do not win, just go home and try again,” he said as he and his crew handed out campaign leaflets and stickers of his Vote Not Fight Campaign to the excited and overwhelmed okada riders.”
