The Covenant of Peace

Romans 5:1

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ

Beloved, peace is one of the covenants that God has provided for man. It only comes from God. Everyone who has received Jesus Christ as his or her Lord and Saviour is qualified to enjoy the peace of God. To refuse to accept Christ is to reject the peace of God. Men who enjoy the peace of God are men who practice the covenant of God. Peace is the absence of conflict, cessation of hostility, a state of tranquility and completeness. Receive the peace of God now in Jesus name.

In Galatians 1:3, the bible says “Grace be to you and peace from God the father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ”. Seeking God is the secret to enjoying His peace. Child of God, God has promised you His peace and he will not change his mind. All you have to do is to practice the covenant that guarantees peace, and He will flood your life with His peace.

How can the peace of God be accessed?

- Be Born again: “There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked” (Isaiah 57:21). Until you receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you receive Jesus as your Lord are not qualified for His peace.

- Seek the Knowledge of God: “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our lord” (2 peter 1:2). What you know determine what you show.

- Be zealous for God: “But I will give you assured peace in this place” (Jeremiah 14:13). Being zealous for God extends God’s covenant of peace to you and your generation.

Beloved, the peace of God is a key to flourishing in life, seek it and you will enjoy it. I see you dwelling in peace in Jesus name.
