Develop An Excellent Spirit
Daniel
6:3
Then this Daniel began distinguishing himself among the commissioners and satraps because he possessed an extraordinary spirit, and the king planned to appoint him over the entire kingdom.

An excellent is not given to you; it
is developed as character and attitude that will mark you out and promote you
above others. The bible clearly shows that Daniel was not the only president or
prince in Babylon. Yet he stood out by
reason of his attitude to work. Develop an excellent spirit.
Skilled
people are everywhere but outstanding people are few. And it takes an excellent
spirit to rank higher than all other skilled people. That you are skillful
doesn’t mean you will be recognized and promoted.
Note
that these presidents and princes were the best found in the entire land. They were
carefully selected to ensure that ‘’ the
king should have no damage’’ Dan 6:2. They were chosen because they were
the best in the land. To be preferred above these presidents and princes,
Daniel had to upgrade and improve himself exceptionally, No matter how great you are, there is still room for improvement.
Decide
from today to pursue a life of continuous diligent and creative self-
improvement. Don’t waste the platforms given to you at work, in ministry,
career, business and etc. let the world see an excellent spirit in you. You do
not need more than you already have to become outstanding. Apply what you
presently have with diligence and you will be promoted.
Prayer: Lord I develop an excellent spirit for outstanding
faithfulness and promptness to my work.
If you are touched with these words, lets see it at the comment section, Lord i received excellent spirit in JESUS Amen !!!
